Dr. Zhang has long been concerned with developing the global information industry and digital economy. His main research fields are new technology trends and management, industry and digital economy strategies, urban digital transformation, public information and data security, industrial ecological construction, big data applications, and enterprise and information system architecture services and management. He is author of more than ten monographs on information, technology, and management. In the past five years, he has published more than 200 reviews and research articles.
